Bug fixes

• Registry backup: subject names are no longer restricted to alphanumerics, dots, dashes, underscores, and slashes. A subject containing any other character, such as a colon, a space, or a dollar sign, aborted the whole backup with “Invalid subject name”. Subject names are now percent-encoded in the registry requests so reserved characters reach the registry intact.
