Improvements

• Backup: .spec.segmentRolloverTriggers.timeoutSeconds defaults to 3600 seconds.
• S3: a NoSuchUpload error reports that S3 discarded the multipart upload before it completed.
• Backup and Restore: faster encoding and decoding of records and segments. Encoding a segment is 25 to 35% faster, and decoding a segment 5 to 15% faster.

Bug fixes

• S3: a segment starts its multipart upload when its first 5 MiB part is ready, instead of on its first write.
• S3: a segment that is closed below 5 MiB is uploaded as a single object.
• S3: the multipart upload of a segment is aborted when one of its parts fails to upload.
